AI to Revolutionize Construction Safety in Vietnam Through New Partnership

Aiming to revolutionize occupational safety in the construction industry, Bavina Real Estate Company Limited, Rainscale Technology Company and the representatives of Vietnam's leading construction corporation had a working session focusing on the development and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to manage and minimize occupational accident risks at construction sites.

This is considered a breakthrough step, demonstrating the vision and strong commitment of businesses in prioritizing worker safety, while improving the efficiency and quality of construction projects.

In the context of the construction industry growing strongly with increasing scale and complexity of projects, traditional safety management methods are gradually revealing their limitations. The application of AI technology is expected to provide a comprehensive solution, from automatic monitoring, data analysis, to early warning of potential risks, contributing to building a safe and smart working environment.

At the meeting, a representative of Rainscale Company, a unit with in-depth expertise in AI solutions, presented the great potential of this technology. Specifically, the AI system is capable of:

Analyzing images and videos from 24/7 surveillance cameras: Automatically identifying safety violations such as not wearing a helmet, entering dangerous areas, and operating machinery errors.

Risk forecasting: Analyzing data on the working environment, construction progress, and other factors to predict areas or times with high risk of accidents.

Support training and awareness raising: Build safety simulation programs using virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technology, helping workers practice in a safe simulated environment.

Speaking at the event, a representative of the Construction Corporation emphasized: "As a leading construction unit, we not only care about the quality of the completed project, but also pay special attention to the safety and health of those who directly create that project. We believe that the use of AI applications will create a new standard for occupational safety, bringing sustainable benefits to both businesses and the community."

The parties agreed to establish a joint working group to research and implement pilot projects in the coming time, towards the goal of building a comprehensive AI platform for occupational safety management in the construction industry in Vietnam. This initiative promises to not only reduce unfortunate accidents but also contribute to promoting strong digital transformation across the industry.
